Until now, the following four experiment programs have been conducted.
- Chaos, Turbulence and its Transition Process in Marangoni Convection (Marangoni Exp)
- Pattern Formation during Ice Crystal Growth (Ice Crystal)
- Gene expression of p53-regulated Genes in Mammalian Cultured Cells after Exposure to Space Environment (Rad Gene)
- Detection of Changes in LOH Profile of TK mutants of Human Cultured Cells (LOH)
- Control of cell differentiation and morphogenesis of amphibian culture cells (Dome Gene)
STS-124 Mission Debriefings -JAXA Astronaut Akihiko Hoshide Homecoming Event-
JAXA astronaut Akihiko Hoshide and STS-124 Mission crew members participated in the STS-124 Mission Debriefings in Tokyo, Tsukuba and Nagoya, Japan.
STS-123 Mission General Debriefing -JAXA Astronaut Takao Doi Homecoming Event-
JAXA held the STS-123 (1J/A) Mission General Debriefing on May 10, 2008. This mission debriefing, which was arranged in a talk show style, was a part of astronaut Doi’s homecoming event intended for Japanese public.
